great location easy access friendly staff dated room faulty air conditioning uncomfortable night
The hotel had a great location near the station. There was also easy access to the lake. The staff was very friendly. The rooms at the back were very quiet.
The rooms seemed a bit dated. The air conditioning did not work at all! There were no fans, made for a very uncomfortable night.

the location was excellent near the main train station. the room was super clean and cozy (i especially liked the quiet courtyard view). the staff were helpful and friendly.

early arrival helpful front desk complimentary pass beautiful room uncomfortable bed heatwave period non-operating a c
i arrived earlier than expected. the gentleman at the front desk helped get a room sorted out. the hotel provided a complimentary pass, i used it on trams. i booked a beautiful single room balcony directly with the hotel.
the bed was not very comfortable. i visited during a heatwave. the room's temperature would not drop even when i left the window open all night. there was no a/c operating so the room could not be cooled.
