The hotel had a great location near the station. There was also easy access to the lake. The staff was very friendly. The rooms at the back were very quiet.
The rooms seemed a bit dated. The air conditioning did not work at all! There were no fans, made for a very uncomfortable night.

the location is excellent near the central station. it was easy to walk to the lakefront area. the staff were friendly and professional. the room had everything i needed.
the silicone seal around the window was not effective for sound insulation. i could hear traffic noise. the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations from other rooms. it was difficult to rest.

i arrived earlier than expected. the gentleman at the front desk helped get a room sorted out. the hotel provided a complimentary pass, i used it on trams. i booked a beautiful single room balcony directly with the hotel.
the bed was not very comfortable. i visited during a heatwave. the room's temperature would not drop even when i left the window open all night. there was no a/c operating so the room could not be cooled.
